Personal data
Personal data means any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to several elements specific to that person (e.g. name, telephone number, address, etc.).
In accordance with personal data protection regulations (French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and civil liberties, and the General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that the personal data collected on the various forms on this website are stored in a database belonging to AIDES. It is managed by the internal support service of AIDES for the previensmoi.fr website.
Users may send personal data (telephone number) of their partners for the purpose of sending an informative message.
Personal data policy
Personal data (telephone numbers) collected on partner notification forms is used to invite the recipients of these messages (SMS) to take a test. No telephone numbers are stored on the previensmoi.fr website, numbers are deleted as soon as the notification is sent or one hour has passed without it being sent.
This data may be transferred to third parties within the European Union to a subcontractor, but under the same conditions as mentioned above.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may object to the use of your personal data by simply sending a request to the AIDES support service by email to the following address: previensmoi(at)aides.org or by post to: AIDES – Données personnelles - Tour Essor - 14 rue Scandicci - 93508 Pantin. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
You therefore have the right to access your data for the purpose of rectification, restriction, portability or erasure of your personal data, bearing in mind that your partners' telephone numbers will not be retained.
